I am exhausted, but I am worried about my daddy. going to see him ASAP. all I have to do first is 1) finish my interviews, 2) send in money for the speeding ticket I got the last time I drove through mississippi, 3) take my car to the dealership for a check-up, and 4) gas up and split town. thanks everybody for being so sweet this week...

I need to go to sleep. Sorry to laugh at you - my advice? Just do whatever makes you feel good. In my sage now passed away father's advice - your Daddy only dies once - MILK IT FOR ALL IT'S WORTH. I swear that is really what my dad said when I asked him how I could keep a stiff upper lip. He was like, why bother? Cry like there's no tomorrow - losing your parent is hard. KEEP SMILING.
